2.4 Prohibited Persons. 3.1 Registration Information. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms.
3.2 Identity Verification (KYC). 3.4 Account Accuracy. You are responsible for ensuring that the personal information held on your 55mwb Account remains accurate and up to date. Changes to name, contact details, or registered payment methods must be submitted through the Account Settings section and may be subject to re-verification.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 55mwb accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, InstaPay, and PESONet. 4.3 Own Payment Methods. Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name and verified under your 55mwb Account. The use of third-party payment methods — accounts or cards belonging to another person — is prohibited and will result in suspension of the Account and return of funds to the source.
4.4 Deposit Processing. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your 55mwb Wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, or PESONet may take between a few minutes and several banking hours depending on the transfer method and time of day. 55mwb is not responsible for delays arising from third-party payment processors.
5.1 Verification Requirement. Withdrawals will only be processed from Accounts that have successfully completed KYC identity verification. 55mwb reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending the completion of verification or pending compliance review.
5.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. 55mwb does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts not registered in the Player's verified name, or payment methods not previously used for a deposit.
5.3 Processing Time. Withdrawal requests for verified Accounts are processed within 24 hours under standard operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, public holidays, or where additional compliance review is required.
5.4 Bonus Fund Restrictions. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Withdrawal requests made prior to satisfying wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. 6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before the associated balance (and any winnings derived from it) becomes eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while live table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
6.3 One Bonus Per Account. Each Player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once unless the promotion's specific terms expressly permit multiple claims. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times using different Accounts, different devices, or different payment methods is a breach of these Terms.
6.4 Abuse and Misuse. 55mwb reserves the right to withhold, void, or reverse bonus awards and associated winnings where 55mwb determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a Player has abused the bonus system, exploited promotional mechanics, or participated in bonus abuse collectively with other Players. What constitutes abuse is determined at 55mwb's sole discretion and may include — without limitation — low-risk hedging strategies, systematic exploitation of specific bet patterns to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play intent, or coordinated multi-account behavior.
6.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. 55mwb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is discontinued, Players who have already claimed the promotion and are actively satisfying wagering requirements will be permitted to complete those requirements under the original terms, unless fraud or abuse is suspected.
7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the 55mwb Platform operates under specific rules that are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before wagering. Ignorance of game rules does not constitute grounds for dispute of results.
7.2 RNG Certification. All RNG-based games on 55mwb — including slots, instant-win games, and virtual sports — use certified Random Number Generation technology that produces genuinely random and unbiased outcomes. RNG systems are subject to independent testing and certification.
7.3 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games are operated by third-party game studios under their own operational rules and PAGCOR-compliant procedures. 7.4 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a system malfunction, technical error, or software bug that results in an incorrect game outcome, 55mwb reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Players' Wallets. Winnings arising from a verified malfunction are not payable.
7.5 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on the Platform and are displayed within each game. 55mwb reserves the right to apply individual bet limits to specific Accounts at its discretion, without notice, where warranted by responsible gaming or compliance considerations.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 55mwb Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and/or referral to the appropriate Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authorities:
9.1 Platform Tools. 55mwb provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Account holders: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time limits, session time alerts, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible through the Account Settings section of the Platform.
9.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to self-exclude from the 55mwb Platform may do so by submitting a self-exclusion request through Account Settings or by contacting 55mwb support directly. Self-exclusion periods are a minimum of six (6) months and may be extended or made permanent upon request. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be suspended and all marketing communications will cease. Reactivation of a self-excluded Account before the exclusion period has elapsed will not be processed.
9.3 Age Restriction. 55mwb strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement mandated by PAGCOR. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process. Where 55mwb has reasonable grounds to believe that an Account is held by a person under 21 years of age, the Account will be suspended immediately pending verification, and any funds deposited will be returned to the source payment method.
9.4 Player Responsibility. Gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity. 55mwb encourages all Players to gamble within their financial means, set personal limits, and seek professional assistance if gambling begins to have a negative impact on their personal, financial, or family life. 10.1 Right to Suspend. 55mwb reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time without prior notice where 55mwb has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) prohibited conduct has occurred; (c) the Account is implicated in fraudulent, money-laundering, or other illegal activity; (d) the Account holder has provided false information; or (e) suspension or closure is required by applicable law, regulation, or PAGCOR direction.
10.2 Return of Real-Money Balance. Where an Account is closed by 55mwb for reasons other than a breach of these Terms or suspected fraudulent activity, the verified real-money balance held in the Account Wallet will be returned to the Player via their last verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds and unmet wagering requirements will be voided upon closure.
10.3 Closure by Player. Players who wish to close their 55mwb Account voluntarily may do so by contacting 55mwb support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any remaining real-money Wallet balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following a standard compliance review.
10.4 Funds in Disputed Accounts. Where an Account suspension is related to fraud, money laundering, or other criminal investigation, funds held in the Account may be held pending the outcome of the relevant investigation or legal process. 55mwb will cooperate with PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities as required.
11.1 The 55mwb Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 55mwb excludes all warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the Platform and its services.
11.2 55mwb shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: (a) Platform downtime or interruptions; (b) loss of data or Wallet balance due to technical failure beyond 55mwb's reasonable control; (c) unauthorized access to an Account resulting from the Player's failure to safeguard credentials; or (d) reliance on information provided on the Platform that subsequently proves inaccurate.
11.3 In no event shall 55mwb's aggregate liability to any Player exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 55mwb's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
12.1 All content on the 55mwb Platform — including but not limited to the 55mwb brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software — is the property of 55mwb or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
12.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their personal and non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.
12.3 Third-party game content displayed on the 55mwb Platform is owned and operated by the respective game providers and is subject to those providers' separate intellectual property rights. 55mwb does not claim ownership of third-party game software or associated assets.
13.1 The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information provided by Players in connection with 55mwb Accounts is governed by the 55mwb Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
13.2 By registering a 55mwb Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, payment processing, responsible gaming compliance, and PAGCOR-mandated reporting obligations.
13.3 55mwb will not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties except as required to fulfil the services described in these Terms (e.g., payment processors, game providers, regulatory authorities) or as required by applicable law.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. Any dispute between a Player and 55mwb arising from these Terms or from the use of the Platform should first be submitted to 55mwb's customer support team for internal resolution. 55mwb will endeavour to resolve disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.
14.3 Regulatory Complaints. Players who are not satisfied with 55mwb's internal resolution of a complaint may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published player complaint procedures. 55mwb cooperates fully with all PAGCOR-initiated reviews and investigations.
14.4 Jurisdiction. Subject to clause 14.3, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through internal escalation or PAGCOR mediation.
15.1 55mwb reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address held on Account, or via a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.
15.2 Continued use of the 55mwb Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 10.3.
